Terms of Clearance: This control number replaces to some extent the currently approved control number 2139-0001. DOT should request discontinuation of that control number as soon as possible. Abstract: Air carriers must report data on one percent of the flight coupons involving large domestic markets, which are defined as major city pairs with directional origin-destination passengers in excess of approximately 35,000 annual passengers. This Information Collection will replace the old ICR number 2139-001 which was erroneously submitted as a generic clearance.

Short Statement: The 2139-001 collection was incorrectly entered as a Generic Package in 2014. In order to correct our error this package has been re-entered as a new collection requesting a new control number at which time the old number will be discontinued.
