Terms of Clearance: This control number replaces to some extent the currently approved control number 2139-0001. DOT should request discontinuation of that control number as soon as possible. In addition, this collection was originally submitted without the collection instruction or burden entered into ROCIS. DOT should thoroughly review collections before submitting them to ensure they are submitted properly.

Abstract: Air carriers must report data on one percent of the flight coupons involving large domestic markets, which are defined as major city pairs with directional origin-destination passengers in excess of approximately 35,000 annual passengers. This Information Collection will replace the old ICR number 2139-001 which was erroneously submitted as a generic clearance.

Short Statement: The 2139-001 collection was incorrectly entered as a Generic Package in 2014. In order to correct our error this package has been re-entered as a new collection requesting a new control number at which time the old number will be discontinued.
