Short Statement: The Program/Specialized Service Surveys National Cemetery Administration Headstone and Marker/PMC Survey's minutes increased from 10 to 15 minutes. Thus, the Estimated Annual Burden hour increased from 1000 to 1500 hours, increasing the overall yearly burden to 23,658.
