Short Statement: The estimated annual burden hours increased by 376; this increase can be attributed to an increase in the number of respondents from 11,707 to 12,609. USCIS estimates that approximately 902 new respondents will submit Form I-824; the change in estimates has not been prompted by a program change; it is rather resulting from better agency estimates.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
