Short Statement: The adjustment is being made due to the increased agency use of the flexibility of the Generic Fast-track. It is also due to the anticipated, extensive use by the VA's Veterans Experience program office, in efforts to develop and generate qualitative Customer Satisfaction surveys within the next 3 years, under the guise of the Office of the Secretary.
