The burden for this information
collection has increased by 7,519 hours and 5,464 responses from
the last approved submission. The increase in burden is due solely
to adjustments. The table provided in the answer to question number
15 of the attached Supported Justification lists all the revised
estimates: Adjustments shown in the table increased the burden by
7,519 hours and increased the number of responses by 5,464. The
current OMB agency inventory for this information collection shows
a total burden of 39,058 hours and 103,976 responses, while the
present submission reflects a total burden of 46,577 hours and
109,440 responses. Hence, there is a total increase in burden of
7,519 hours and 5,464 responses. There is no change in costs to
respondents from the previous submission.
