This survey is used by TTB to obtain feedback from agency customers on how well the Bureau is doing in meeting its strategic objectives and in accomplishing its mission, and it will provide specific information to the Bureau regarding where it needs to make adjustments to its public communications efforts. Response to this survey is voluntary.

The estimated average burden associated with this information collection is 9 minutes per respondent, depending on individual circumstances.
