protect workers who operate and work around personnel
hoists.

The Agency requests an
adjustment decrease of 2 burden hours associated with this
Collection of Information Request (from 7,103 to 7,101). This is a
result of the Agency no longer taking a burden or cost for
disclosure of records during OSHA inspection.
