Abstract: FAS requires the information within this package for purposes of operating and maintaining the Food for Progress and McGovern-Dole programs in a judicious manner. FAS uses the information gathered from grant recipients, freight forwarders, ship owners, and survey companies to actively monitor and evaluate grants.
