USFS ForMAP User Satisfaction Survey

Thank you for taking the time to help us better understand your current level of use and
satisfaction with the Forest Mapping and Accomplishments Portal (ForMAP) and its SMART, LaSR
and ForHealth modules. Your feedback will help us determine how to better support our user
community as we collectively work to show the impact of State & Private Forestry investments
