inspection requirements of the Coast Guard. Respondents are owners
and operators of vessels.

ADJUSTMENT due to a change (i.e. increase) in the number of SIP
participants (i.e., companies and vessels). There is no proposed

methodology for calculating burden—remain unchanged.
