Reminder Email – Hunter Satisfaction Survey

We recently sent you a survey to assess hunter satisfaction on refuges in the Eastern Massachusetts National Wildlife Refuge Complex. As yet, we have not received your response. Because we value your input, we would appreciate your response to the survey (attach link) by [date].

Paperwork Reduction Act Statement: We are collecting this information subject to the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501) to help the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to gauge the perspectives and opinions of the hunters regarding the quality of their hunting experience on our refuges and to conduct a more accurate assessment of the species and number of wildlife harvested on the refuges each year. Your response is voluntary. According to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, an agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. The OMB has reviewed and approved this survey and assigned OMB Control Number 1090-0011.

Estimated Burden Statement: We estimate it will take you 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire, including time to read instructions, gather information, and complete and submit the questionnaire.
