Paperwork Reduction Act
The purpose of this survey is to provide information to the Office of the Senior Advisor for 
Information Resources for evaluating and improving datasets provided to the public.  Response 
to this survey is voluntary.  The reporting burden for this survey is estimated to average 5 
minutes per response, which includes the time for reviewing instructions and completing the 
survey.  An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and person is not required to respond to, a 
collection of information unless it displays a valid Office of Management (OMB) control number.
