High Potential Segments- Sections Chart
For the criteria #4 and #5, split each segment into half mile sections. Each of these sections will be evaluated
independently of the other sections and have its own set of answers for the criteria. For example, if the
segment is two miles long, it would be split into four half-mile sections and have four answers for criteria 4a,
four answers for criteria 4b, four answers for criteria 5a, and four answers for criteria 5b. Use the table
