The burden increase is the result of adding the Compliance Monitoring Tool (CMT). CMT is a GMS module that is used by States to submit data to OJJDP on an annual basis. The areas of information collected are a direct reflection of the OJJDP Act and the obligations agreed to in the solicitation regarding their compliance.
