This is an ADJUSTMENT due to a small increase in burden due to an up-tick in recall campaigns over the past three years (2015-2017). The Coast Guard’s factory inspection program has assisted in keeping boat defects/recalls down through working with manufacturers at the factory to correct possible defects at the source.
