This is a revision of a
currently approved information collection. It is currently approved
with 197,062 burden hours and 794,506 responses. As a result of
both program changes and adjustments, FNS estimates that the burden
will increase by 141,349 hours (2,068 hours due to a program change

burden hours and 292,363 responses.
