The agency acknowledged the potential overlap between the USCIS and ICE tip forms, given that the public may not fully understand the difference between those tips that are appropriate for USCIS benefits fraud investigations and those that are most appropriate for ICE criminal fraud investigations.. Before 02/2021, USCIS and ICE will provide a report to OIRA on the ability of the two components to provide further clarity to, and reduce burden on, the public in this area.
