PURPOSE:

The purpose of this project is to determine if users of the DHRA Shared Services Center are satisfied and familiar with the services offered. We would also like to ascertain reliability of our services to foster continuous improvement. We would like to collect data for our brand awareness and outreach purposes.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:

All DHRA Personnel who are users of the DHRA Shared Services Center.
