PURPOSE: Gather data regarding the quality of training, the quality of Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) collection tools, and the needs of OSINT collectors to accomplish their mission.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS: Military, contractors and civilians who have been through OSINT Collector training and have access to sensitive managed attribution software tools.
