We will send the survey to the entire population of the USTRANSCOM headquarters staff (approximately 1,748 potential respondents). Results will be analyzed and reported, with recommendations, using the confidence-level obtained based on the actual number of respondents (goal is 316 responses for a 95% confidence level and 5% margin of error).
