Abstract: This ICR CHG is to address the terms of clearance on the web-based data collection. This series analyzes capital statutes and data on persons under sentence of death in State and Federal correctional facilities. Information acquired from this program provides historical trends and will be used as a source of comparative data by BJS, Congress, journalists, researchers, and other interested parties.
