Justification:
FRA is making a non-material/non-substantive change to an IC associated with the Generic
Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery
The name and title for the Information Collection (IC), which was originally submitted with the
name “Railroad Crossing and Trespassing Public Service Announcement (PSA) Survey” is being
changed to “Animated Grade Crossing Safety & Trespass Prevention Social Media Campaign”.
No other elements of the survey, the questions, burden hours, form number, etc. are being
changed.
