Short Statement: In this request for non-substantive change, the Agency is reporting an increase in burden since the last submission. Responses and burden hours increased by 7,998 and 1,322 respectively. The slight increase is due to the inclusion of the “COVID-19 Relief Workout Agreement” which allows borrowers to request forbearance during the ongoing pandemic.
