USCIS is reporting an increase to the estimated annual time burden for this collection of information as a result of this rulemaking action. The estimated hour burden per response has been increased to 18.5 hours based upon a better estimation of the activity required to gather all documentation, read the instructions, and fill out the form. This estimate is 0.5 hours higher than the estimate provided in the NPRM because USCIS reevaluated its projections in response to additional questions added the form. USCIS is reporting an increase to the estimated cost burden for this information collection as a result of this rulemaking. This estimate is higher than the estimate provided in the NPRM because USCIS reevaluated its projections in response to public comments suggesting that the monetary cost was likely to be higher than USCIS had initially estimated. The estimated total cost burden has been increased to $70,406,400
