interaction with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). It is intended to improve outreach and
help the FAA provide a more precise and effective communication strategy.

This questionnaire is voluntary and your responses are completely anonymous. The questionnaire
only takes about 3 minutes and it is highly recommended that you complete it in one sitting,
