The burden has increase as a result of more recent and accurate data being obtained, specifically for the contract clauses at Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 252.208-7000 and 252.235-7003. In addition, DoD estimates that the application of DFARS 252.209-7002 to solicitations for the Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer Programs will increase the potential for disclosures, resulting in an increase in the estimated burden.
