This information collection
requirement pertains to various information in support of the DoD
acquisition process: Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation
Supplement (DFARS) Parts 208, Required Sources of Supplies and
Services; 209, Contractor Qualifications; and 235, Research and
Development Contracting; and associated clauses in DFARS part 252.
This information collection implements 10 U.S.C. 2323, 2327, 2354,
and 2536.
The burden has decreased as a
result of the removal of the burden associated with a solicitation
provision that is already covered by OMB Control Number 9000-0189
and by the removal of a contract clause for which there are fewer
than 10 respondents per year. In addition, more recent and accurate
data has been obtained and current labor rates have been used.
