This Reinstatement includes 2 new ICs for experiments to improve data quality. One IC is for Respondent Debriefing Questions about the Life History Calendar, which is being converted from a paper form to an electronic recall aid. Separately, experiments involving information collection are planned as part of nonresponse bias estimation and reduction. There is an overall reduction in burden due to scaled back questionnaires.
