Federal Student Aid – Campus Re-Opening Survey


The purpose of this survey is to gather information to determine the Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 operational status of the schools we serve. Specific feedback will help us in developing training and technical assistance content while considering adjusted calendars and/or instructional methodologies. The survey is limited to four questions and will take less than five minutes to complete. Thanks in advance for your participation.
