The time required to complete this information collection is estimated to average 15 minutes per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information. INSTRUCTIONS: The following questions pertain to losses that you identified after the nuts were delivered to your plant for processing. In other words, all the spoilage delivered to your plant from your own production and from purchases you made. If you do not grow any macadamia nuts, please report spoilage from the purchases you made. If your plant does not keep records of the breakdown as it is asked for in the categories below, it will still be useful if you would report what is available or make your best estimate.
