Justification for No Material/Nonsubstantive Change

This nonsubstantive change request submission is in response to Interior’s updates to the Suite of Questions previously submitted with the 2021 renewal of this collection.
The Suite of Questions were updated to remove specific references to bureaus/offices and to categorize the questions to make it more useable by the bureaus/offices when developing their submissions. Additionally, we assigned a unique alpha-numeric designation for each question to make it easier for the bureau/office and Departmental ICCOs to verify the questions used in the request are from the approved Suite of Questions.
We also updated the associated “1090-0011 Fast Track Clearance - Guidelines for Submission” to notify users of the requirement to use the approved Suite of Questions.
Finally, we updated the Supporting Statement A to clarify submissions under this generic clearance should be limited to no more than 15 questions (with a maximum of 2 open-ended questions) and should take no longer than 10-15 minutes to complete.
We made no other changes to the previously submitted information.
