The purpose of this information
collection is to ensure that employers maintain records of exposure
and properly notify their workers so that they are properly
protected from the adverse effects associated with the occupational
exposure to the following carcinogens: 4-Nitrobiphenyl,
alpha-Naphthylamine, methyl chloromethyl ether,
3,3-Dichlorobenzidine (and its salts), bis-chloromethyl ether,
beta-Naphthylamine, Benzidine, 4-Aminodiphenyl, Ethyleneimine,
beta-Propiolactone, 2-Acetylaminofluorene,
4-Dimethylaminoazo-benzene, and N-Nitrosodimethylamine.

OSHA is requesting an
adjustment increase of 49 hours (from 1,560 hours to 1,609 hours).
The increase is a result of a slight growth in the number of
establishments affected by the Standard from 101 to 104
establishments.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
