The work you do for the Office of Military Commissions is vitally important. Equally important is ensuring that as you perform this work, you do so in an environment that promotes teamwork, fairness, and your personal and professional well-being.

I am conducting this survey in parallel with the Deputy Secretary of Defense’s survey of the Director of the Office of Military Commissions, which reports to her. I ask that you fill out the six-questions to share your experiences in the Department. It is short and completely anonymous.

Your candid feedback will help leadership create climates for individual and team success as we accomplish critical missions. Please complete the survey by [DATE], 2021. I thank you all for the important work that you do.
