Short Statement: The estimated annual burden hours associated with Form N-3 has increased from 2,836 hours to 3,046 hours (an increase of 210 hours). In addition, the external cost burden associated with Form N 3 has increased from $123,114 to $130,058 (an increase of $6,944). The changes in annual burden hours and external cost burden are due to our proposed amendments to Form N 3 requiring a description of any significant fund cybersecurity incident that has occurred in the fund’s last two fiscal years.
