There is a program increase of
+10 responses resulting in an increase of +10 burden hours. The
increases are due to APHIS adding the addition of two activities to
this information collection based on a revision of an underlying
Veterinary Services guidance document; 1. Authorized Access
Affidavit and 2. Standard Operating procedures. There is an
adjustment increase of +8 respondents and +98 responses resulting
in an increase of +128 burden hours. The increase is due to the
addition of three import centers since the previous submission of
this collection, bringing the total number of permanent privately
owned equine import centers to seven. Also, APHIS is increased the
accounting of the actual time spent by representative facilities in
completing the activities.
