agency and submitted prior to funding
of nutrition education activities when
the State agency elects to request Federal administrative matching funds to

members of the tribe.

(8) ADP/CIS Plan. The ADP/CIS Plan
shall be signed by the head of the State
agency and submitted to FNS by October 1, 1987. State agencies which require additional time to complete their
ADP/CIS plan may submit their plan in
two phases as described in § 272.10(a)(2),
with the first part of the plan being

the State agency ADP/CIS Plan, State
agencies must comply with FNS comments and submit an approvable ADP/
CIS Plan within 60 days of their receipt

(f) Revisions. Revisions to any of the
planning documents or the Program
and Budget Summary Statement shall
be prepared and submitted for approval
to the appropriate FNS Regional Office
in the same manner as the original

(A) The revision indicates the need
for additional Federal funding;
(B) The program budget exceeds
