Abstract: The Commission adopted a Report & Order on June 27, 2022 that introduced rules, referred to as the Mandatory Disaster Response Initiative (MDRI), that require the nation's facilities-based mobile wireless providers to take action to improve the reliability and resiliency of mobile wireless networks. The Commission seeks approval of this information collection as necessary for the MDRI to take effect as described in the Report & Order.
