The Commission adopted a Report & Order on June 27, 2022 that introduced rules, referred to as the Mandatory Disaster Response Initiative (MDRI), that require the nation's facilities-based mobile wireless providers to take action to improve the reliability and resiliency of mobile wireless networks.
