Adding the online filing capability, for the existing military applicants, decreases the agency estimated number of respondents for paper applications. Filing a paper application has a greater estimated time burden than filing an online application. There are no program changes in the estimated annual hour burden to respondents with this nonsubstantive change request. There is no change in the estimated annual cost burden to respondents for this collection of information. There are no program changes or adjustments in the estimated annual cost burden to respondents with this nonsubstantive change request.
