Form WD-10 is used by the U.S. Department of Labor to solicit construction project data from contractor associations, contractors and unions. The wage data is used to determine locally prevailing wages under the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts. A new pre-survey WD-10A instrument will identify contacts.

In this revision, the Department proposes to add a new collection instrument (WD-10A) and revise the current information collection instrument (WD-10) on a new electronic platform. Changes to the burden worksheet occur because there is an additional instrument that respondents will complete. As a result, the number of respondents will increase by 910, with an equal number of responses, totaling an hour burden increase of 152 hours.
