TITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION: NCSC (National Customer Service Center) Customer Satisfaction Survey
PURPOSE: Collect feedback from customers of the NCSC call center. Customers can contact the call center by calling, emailing or by chat. The survey collects case resolution satisfaction result.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS: State and local government customers and vendors.

Potential respondents list is comprised of the email addresses of the customers that contact the NCSC call center.
Users are selected based on the type of case. In Salesforce Case Management application, cases are classified based on type of request. There are certain types of cases (different portfolios within FAS) that send surveys out after case closure. For other types it is based on type of resolution.
