Abstract: This request is for a change to the SAIG Enrollment Forms by enhancing the "TG#" label, by adding "FT#", on the Federal Student Aid User of Electronic Services Statement for both the School/Lender/Guaranty Agency Enrollment Form (page 46, Attachment B) and the State Agency Enrollment Form (page 17, Section 5). No new data is being collected. The FT# number is provided to the user by the Department.
