Conference
Thank you so much for attending the United States Agency for International Development
(USAID) 15th Annual Small Business Conference on May 17, 2024. There was an
overwhelmingly positive response and support from everyone. We really appreciate the
engagement and honesty shared, and hope to continue that trend at future USAID events and
conferences.
Your feedback is important to us! Below is our anonymous post-event survey that should
take no more than a few minutes to fill out. Please let us know what worked well and what
could be improved.
PAPERWORK REDUCTION ACT STATEMENT:
A Federal agency may not conduct or sponsor an information collection subject to the
requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act unless the information collection has a currently
valid OMB Control Number. The approved OMB Control Number for this information collection
is  0412-0609 (expires 05/31/2027). Without this approval, we could not conduct this survey.
Public reporting for this survey is estimated to be approximately three minutes per response.
All responses to this survey are voluntary. Send comments regarding this burden estimate or
any other aspect of this information collection, including suggestions for reducing this burden
to [email protected].
PRIVACY NOTICE: 
The survey is administered by the USAID Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business
Utilization (OSDBU). This information provided will be used for the Agency's analytic data and
progression in its small business goals. The results of the survey (aggregated data) will be
shared with USAID/OSDBU leadership. However, your individual responses will not be
attributed or linked to you. Completion of this survey is voluntary. If you agree to participate,
you may withdraw your participation in the survey at any time by simply exiting the
survey. Please do not enter any personally identifying information for yourself or others in
your responses.
