Short Statement: The current burden inventory is 53 States, 49,291 burden hours and 91,100 total annual responses. The revised OMB inventory for the reporting and recordkeeping burden associated with the FNA-380-1 is approximately 50,436.27 annual burden hours (49,337.50 SA reporting + 1,098.77 SA recordkeeping) and 93,222 total annual response (46,664 SA reporting + 46,558 SA recordkeeping). This program adjustment reflects an increase of approximately 1,145.46 burden hours and an increase of 2,122 total annual responses. The increases are due to more active reviews being completed for QC since the information collection was last approved.
