Administrative Procedures for U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Financial Assistance Programs

The Service issues financial assistance through grants and cooperative agreement awards to commercial organizations, foreign entities, Indian tribal governments, individuals, institutions of higher education, non-profit organizations, and state and local governments under the bureau's Assistance Listing (CFDA) programs.
