Abstract: As agent for the North American Wetlands Conservation Council, the FWS solicits proposals for partnership-based projects to be funded under NAWCA; the proposals and subsequent grant agreements and reporting are the bases for the information collections. The NAWCA program is established to protect and enhance significant wetlands resources for migratory birds and other wildlife.
