30 CFR 872 establishes a procedure whereby States and Indian tribes upon reviewing reclamation plans submit written statements announcing the State/Tribe's decision to notify changes in reclamation plans, or not to submit plans and therefore, will not be eligible for Abandoned Mine Land funds.
