IMLS Grants to States Program Five-Year State Plan Guidelines for State Library Administrative Agencies
OMB 3137-0029 · IMLS.
The Five-Year State Plan Guidelines provide the structure under which each state, territory, and freely associated state applies for the funds to support a Five-Year Plan of library services to their jurisdiction. A separate reporting system (the State Program Report 3137-0071) currently gathers descriptive information from SLAAs to help them measure progress in meeting the targets set forth in their approved Five-Year Plan. The Five-Year Plan data are used for IMLS program planning and compliance with the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA)/Annual Performance Report (APR) and other reporting to OMB and Congress. The Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) requests a renewal of the three-year clearance for the agency’s information collection requests for the Grants to States Program Five-Year State Plan Guidelines for State Library Administrative Agencies under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA).
The latest form for IMLS Grants to States Program Five-Year State Plan Guidelines for State Library Administrative Agencies expires 2027-03-31 and can be found here.
