Abstract: COMMON CARRIERS BY WATER IN THE DOMESTIC OFFSHORE COMMERCE ARE REQUIRED BY SECTION 18(A) OF THE SHIPPING ACT, 1916, AND SECTION 2 OF THE INTERCOASTAL SHIPPING ACT, 1933, TO PUBLISH TARIFFS CONTAINING THEIR RULES, REGULATIONS AND CHARGES. THIS INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE TO ANYONE WHO REQUESTS IT FROM THE COMMISSION FOR A VARIETY OF USES.
