Abstract: THIS RULE AMENDS THE EPA CLOSED AND CONTROLLED WASTE MANUFACTURING PROCESSES RULE BY EXCLUDING ADDITIONAL MANUFACTURING PROCESSES FROM TH STATUTORY BAN UNDER 15 USC 2605(E). RECORDS OF THE BASIS FOR DETERMINATION THAT PROCESSES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCLUSION ARE NECESSARY TO THE AGENCY'S VALIDATION THAT THESE WILL NOT PRESENT UNREASONABLE RISKS.
