In accordance
with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) and 5 CFR 1320, this
collection of information is approved through May 31, 1991. AID's
request for OMB review has not included items required under the
previous terms of clearance, which were: By June 1, 1990, AID
should submit a report to OIRA which includes: results of direct
consultations with grantees on the burdens of reporting under
Handbook 13, investigation of the actual use and burden of the
travel itinerary information required under AID's system for
clearance of visits by grantees, and an explanation of the Agency's
efforts to meet the principles of the PRA, in particular efforts to
ensure the practical utility of information collected and the
minimization of burden. The next request for review must address
these items.
